Many, or all, of the products featured on this page are from our advertising partners who compensate us when you take certain actions on our website or click to take an action on their website. However, this does not influence our evaluations. Our opinions are our own. Here is a list of our partners and here's how we make money.
If you’re shopping for QuickBooks as a small-business accounting solution, first decide whether you’d like online, cloud-based software or a desktop product that locally stores your information. QuickBooks pricing varies quite a bit depending on which product you choose and how many users you need.
While cost is an important consideration, it shouldn't be the only deciding factor when evaluating your accounting software options. Each version has its pros and cons, so factor in ease of use and key features before making a final decision.
