Security and customs
Security checkpoints
Denver has three security checkpoints:
Bridge.
South security.
West.
Denver airport keeps updated wait times on its website. It’s a good idea to check these before you depart.
TSA PreCheck
TSA PreCheck, which allows you to keep your liquids in your bag and your shoes on your feet, is available at two of three checkpoints:
South security.
West.
The West checkpoint has new security that includes facial recognition and doesn’t require you to remove anything from your bag, though liquid limits still apply.
Clear
Clear is a paid membership that allows you to pass the standard queue at security, whether that’s with TSA PreCheck or the regular line.
Clear kiosks are available only at the South security checkpoint.
Global Entry
Denver airport provides Global Entry kiosks to travelers returning from abroad. These kiosks allow registered travelers to pass quickly through immigration.
