How to contact JetBlue customer service

Speaking with a customer service agent on the phone isn't the only way to communicate with JetBlue customer service. First, you may also consider browsing JetBlue help, which includes guides and policies for common issues.

Phone

You can reach JetBlue customer service by calling 800-538-2583 and speaking with a customer service agent to discuss new or existing flight reservations, vacation packages, TrueBlue account information and more. Keep in mind, you’re subject to a $25 fee when booking a JetBlue flight over the phone; however, you can ask for this to be waived if you’re having issues booking online.

JetBlue frequent flyers with Mosaic status have a dedicated phone number, 877-538-8783, to call for expedited service.

If you’re calling about delayed or damaged baggage, there’s a separate phone number, 866-538-5438.

Email

To communicate with JetBlue customer service via email, use [email protected]. Depending on the urgency of your inquiry or request, you’ll likely want to reach out through an alternative method because responses can take several days.

Online chat

To chat live with JetBlue customer service, you’ll have to download the JetBlue mobile app, since there’s no live chat feature through the JetBlue website. Start a conversation by tapping the "More" icon, then "Help" and "Chat with us." Then, wait to be connected with a customer service agent.

Social media

JetBlue's social media accounts aren't just for sharing deals on airfare. You can also send messages through JetBlue's Twitter or Facebook and seek help regarding your customer service request. Similar to email, there's no guarantee that you’ll receive a timely response, so you may consider calling if you have an urgent request.

Text

Through the JetBlue mobile app, you can start a text message conversation with customer service by tapping on the "More" icon, then "Help" and "Text us."

Alternatively, if you have an Apple device, you can communicate with JetBlue customer service through Apple Business Chat by tapping "Start the conversation" on the JetBlue "Contact us" page on your device.

Reservation and refund issues

Rewards program

You’ll want to have your JetBlue TrueBlue rewards number available when communicating with customer service so they can quickly pull up your account information. Lost and found

Did you leave your headphones on a plane but didn’t realize until you left the airport? The quickest way to start a search for a lost item is to file a lost item report.

After submitting a report, you’ll receive an email confirmation; if JetBlue finds an item that matches your description, they’ll send an email with further instructions. They’ll search for your item for up to 30 days.
