4 Things to Know About Sofitel’s Club Millésime

Accor’s Sofitel brand offers a typically French experience at its properties around the world, including a club lounge product known as Club Millésime. Similar to Marriott’s M Club lounges and IHG Executive Club lounges, Sofitel Club Millésime offers an elevated experience for guests who want lounge access during their stay.
Members of Accor’s All Live Limitless program can accrue points to redeem for discounts on their stays. The program allows you to apply points for monetary discounts (2,000 points equals about 40 dollars off the bill) to pay for room upgrades to the club level.
Guests in the top two levels of the hotel’s loyalty program, Platinum and Diamond, also benefit from Club Millésime when they stay with Sofitel, as they gain access whenever they stay. Here’s what you can expect on your next visit to a Sofitel with a Club Millésime lounge.
1. How Sofitel Club Millésime works
Club Millésime is Sofitel’s executive lounge concept that provides a quiet space to relax, work, read or enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the day. While each property may have its own hours and offerings, they generally provide breakfast, all-day refreshments and an evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks.
As with airport lounges, the selection and service level vary by location. At Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, for example, guests are treated to:
A breakfast buffet.
Afternoon tea.
Evening cocktails and snacks.
Shower facilities for early arrivals or late departures.
Late checkout when available.
Clothes pressing and shoeshines.
All of this comes with incredible skyline views.
Sofitel Mexico City Reforma rooms come with similar perks, plus in-room desks with Bluetooth connectivity. A team of butlers provides service to guests of the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah, while Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach offers a similar range of benefits, like four hours of breakfast, all-day refreshments and an evening happy hour.

2. Club Millésime lounge locations vary
Not all Sofitels have Club Millésime lounges. Though popular with business travelers, many hotels lack the demand or physical space for them.
The best way to know if your hotel has a Club Millésime lounge is to look at the accommodations page of the hotel website. It shows the full list of room and suite categories. If there is a club lounge, it will be labeled as a “club” room.
What you may discover when looking at the page that shows room categories is that there are also other rooms types that are rather unique. For example, the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost offers SO Fit Suites with free weights, workout equipment and a gym ball. That’s a nice perk to have privacy when you work out.
3. Club Millésime lounge access can be bought or earned
Club Millésime provides access to guests who book Club Millésime-category rooms, pay for an upgrade to the club level or have top Platinum and Diamond status in the ALL program.
Lounge access is available to Platinum and Diamond ALL members even if they book a standard room.
Members achieve Platinum status after staying 60 nights or spending about $5,700 (5,600 euros) during the calendar year. Diamond status is only available after spending about $10,650 (10,400 euros) in a calendar year on stays or services. That’s a hefty spend requirement, but it is worth it if you travel often and value VIP lounge access.
Not all brands help you earn elite status, with the following being excluded:
Adagio.
Adagio Access.
Art Series.
Breakfree.
Greet.
ibis.
ibis Styles.
JO&JOE.
Mama Shelter.
Mantra.
Peppers.

Other ways to access Club Millésime lounges
Most hotels sell room rates that come with Club Millésime privileges, which are a solid way to gain access when you don’t hold ALL elite status. If you don’t want to wait until you earn status, you can simply buy your way into the lounge.
4. You can get comparable club lounge perks another way
If you use special travel programs like the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program or The Edit by Chase (formerly called the Luxury Hotel & Resort Collection), it’s possible to earn a food and beverage credit or room upgrade through the program. For those without ALL elite status, this could be another route to enjoying perks like free breakfast and dining credits. While these programs may not give direct access to Club Millésime lounges, they can offer similar benefits if you have the right credit card.
Eligible cards for these perks include The Platinum Card® from American Express and the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, among others. Terms apply.

Plan your visits to Club Millésime lounges
If you have top elite status with the ALL program or pay a qualifying rate, you could be enjoying Sofitel Club Millésime benefits.
