Where you can make an impact:
- Lead, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns, driving customer acquisition.
- Take ownership of multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring efficient use to meet key KPIs.
- Innovate and launch new marketing channels, pushing the boundaries of paid media strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to deliver marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of performance marketers, fostering growth and innovation.
Your experience:
We recognize not everyone will meet all of the criteria. If you meet most of the criteria below and you’re excited about the opportunity and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Proven success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns, especially Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other tools to drive data-backed decisions.
- Demonstrated ownership, from ideation to execution, with a history of thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with paid social or programmatic advertising.
- An MBA or advanced marketing certification.

Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
The pay range for this role is $96,000—$180,000 USD
