ManyPets is leaving the U.S. pet insurance market.
ManyPets is leaving the U.S. pet insurance market. (It will continue to operate in the United Kingdom, where the company is based.) Starting on January 1, 2025, existing ManyPets policyholders will be transferred to Odie, another pet insurance company, as their plans come up for renewal.
Odie will cover pre-existing conditions that ManyPets covered and handle future claims or customer service issues. But until the new Odie policy is active, you should continue to submit claims to ManyPets as usual. The ManyPets app and web portal will remain active so you can manage claims submitted under the old policy.
